However, moisture is lost due to evaporation, which increases the salinity of the circulating cooling water. In order to stabilize the water quality, the part of the water with higher salt content is drained, and the wind will also cause water loss, and there is enough new water to continuously replenish. Therefore, fluid cooling towers require a water source for water supply. The closed cooling tower uses a circulating pump to pump the heat-carrying working water in the main engine room to the heat exchange coil. The closed coil quickly transfers heat under the action of the flowing air and the jet water generated by the fan, and the hot water in the pipeline quickly Cool and reflux.
In order to quickly cool the hot water in the coil, the closed cooling tower uses a fan to generate flowing air to accelerate heat transfer, while the spray water exchanges heat with the coil, thereby taking away a large amount of heat energy. The heat-carrying water spray produces secondary heat exchange with the air, and the flowing air expands the effect of the water-air exchange. The water quality of the closed system circulating water in the closed cooling tower is stable, which can ensure the designed service life of the cooling equipment and ensure high system efficiency. The closed cooling tower will not be blocked by dust, and the long-term operation is stable and reliable. The maintenance cost is low, which can greatly reduce the maintenance cost and time; at the same time, it also eliminates the sand pollution of the circulating water system.
The closed cooling tower system is designed according to the starting point of 12 °C, so the expected cooling temperature can be directly achieved by air cooling below this temperature, and the water saving effect is obvious, especially suitable for the water shortage area in the north. The multi-module type without the use of frequency converters achieves a good system power and heat dissipation ratio, effectively reduces power consumption, and makes up for the high initial investment cost in a short period of time.
